In this research study is shown the impact of the associated factors and the teacher’s satisfaction in the academic performance in Mathematics of the high school students of the last year of the year 2014. The information utilized comes from the tests: Be teacher re categorization and be high school graduated, provided from the National Institute of Educational Evaluation (Ineval). Based on the 961 teachers’ information, it is developed the structural equations models to construct a satisfaction index, and, with the simultaneous analyses units, the 223541 students and 3233 educative institutions the multilevel models are built up. To identify the influence of the teacher’s satisfaction in and last year high school students’ academic performance in mathematics, to the optimum multilevel model it is introduced the binary satisfaction variable constructed based on this index. In this study is identified that the teacher’s job satisfaction, determined by the associated factors, influences the student’s academic performance, and that does not affect the academic performance of itself. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations are given as an effort to improve the Ecuadorian Educative System.es_ES
