The information was gathered with the employees of the company and the relevant data of the productive processes, indicators, calculation of the current and improved value, as well as the manuals of processes and functions were obtained. The manuals of processes and functions of the company were prepared and indicators for the control of production were established. Changes in the processes were suggested in order to improve their productivity, which have been implemented in the company.
