Zusammenfassung: Con el propósito de mejorar las condiciones de productividad y de calidad en la producción de rosas la florícola Flores de Nápoles decidió realizar una evaluación de fertilización orgánica para suplantar la fertilización química, debido al constante incremento en los costo de fertilizantes sintéticos, el aumento de la contaminación del suelo y el deterioro que ciertos compuestos agroquímicos propician en el ambiente cuando se manejan inapropiadamente. Para dicho fin fue necesario encontrar una nueva alternativa de nutrición orgánica como el biofertilizante, producto de la digestión anaerobia, el mismo que fue aplicado al suelo en tres concentraciones (T1= 25%, T2=50% y T3=100%), incluido un testigo totalmente químico (T0) para diferenciar las distintas respuestas de fertilización en el cultivo. Para este ensayo se emplearon plantas productivas de ocho años de edad de la variedad "Anna". La experimentación se manejó mediante un Diseño Completamente al Azar (DCA) que consistió en cuatro tratamientos, con tres repeticiones cada uno. Las variables evaluadas fueron: número de tallos por metro cuadrado, días entre ciclo floral, número de basales a producir, longitud de tallo, longitud de botón, diámetro de la cabeza floral, tiempo de vida en el florero, escala del color del botón, escala de color del follaje, y el análisis económico. De las nueve variables evaluadas siete exhibieron valores significativos con coeficientes de variación de interpretación "Aceptable" para investigaciones en campo. El tratamiento que presentó una destacada respuesta en la calidad de la rosa fue el T3 (100% de fertilización orgánica) que obtuvo mayor longitud de tallo con 86,22 cm en un ciclo de vegetativo, seguido del tratamiento T2 (50% de fertilización orgánica más 50% de fertilización química) con 82,16 cm. Los días entre ciclo floral con el mejor tiempo de respuesta en la productividad del rosal fue el tratamiento T3 con 6,30 días, al igual que el tratamiento T2 con 6,56 días. Otra variable de productividad que sobresale es el número de tallos por metro cuadrado con 25,26 unidades para el tratamiento T3. El análisis económico determinó que el tratamiento que presentó la mejor respuesta de relación beneficio/costo fue el T1 (25% de fertilización orgánica más 75% de fertilización química) con 7,80 USD/ha. El tratamiento T0 (100% de fertilización química) consigue una relación beneficio/costo de 6,70 USD/ha, y el tratamiento T3 (100% de fertilización orgánica) 5,90 USD/ha, situándose este en el último lugar de los tratamientos en estudio.
