Resumen: In this titling project, a system was developed to report sexual harassment in Higher Education Institutions in the city of Quito, which is composed of a mobile application that allows generating and sending reports of sexual harassment, and a web system that allows managing the attention of reports received from the mobile application. For the development of the system, SCRUM was integrated as an agile methodology, a non-relational database was created in Cloud Firestore and regarding programming technologies, in the implementation of the web system it was used the Next.js framework, and for the mobile application, it was used the React Native framework, which is focused only for mobile devices with Android operating system. On the other hand, this degree project is made up of four chapters that detail the following: In the first chapter, the context that gives rise to the software development approach is described, in addition to its objectives and scope. In the second chapter, the methodology used and the various technological resources used for the coding, testing and deployment stage are detailed. In the third chapter, five Sprints and the results obtained in each of them are described, alluding to the gathering of requirements, coding and testing of the web system and mobile application. Finally, in the fourth chapter, the conclusions and recommendations obtained in the development of the project are presented.
