Abstract

The study seeks to evaluate posture parameters and anthropometric factors that influence the neck, related to teleworking. The posture analyzes are based on pilot experiments in the Bioengineering laboratory within the EPN, where inclusion criteria are defined in the volunteers of a group of EPN students. Critical cervical movements are identified in the telework activity, defining mobility exercises related to injuries or ailments, and revised regulations in the state of the art. In a way that allows obtaining standard kinematic variables in healthy subjects, which in the future will allow contrasting with groups of pathological subjects in telework.
