Análisis del marco TAM : Marco de Administración de las Telecomunicaciones.

Abstract

This curricular integration work aims to carry out an analysis of the Telecommunications administration framework called TAM, proposed by a well-known forum worldwide known as TM Forum, it is intended to analyze the Telecommunications Administration framework TAM (Telecom Application Map) using As the main resource, the information provided by the forum to which it belongs and in this way apply it in a specific company. Initially, the management models, their characteristics, history, a summary of the TM Forum will be considered and the TAM framework will be indicated in depth, as well as its components, characteristics and applications within its different domains, taking into account the benefactor which can be in a company. In the second chapter it is intended to show the application of the TAM in a specific company, as well as its results in it, these results will be reflected through a survey that will allow us to know if it positively influenced the company where it was applied, in addition to the conditions before and after the application of the TAM are shown. Finally, an analysis of the results obtained will be shown and conclusions based on the performance and contribution obtained by the company will be required, in addition they will be shown due to the learning obtained after carrying out this work.
