dc.description	La teoría de asignación de recursos es un tema de relevancia que se puede aplicar a una gran diversidad de problemas, tanto teóricos como prácticos, cuya complejidad va a depender especialmente de la naturaleza del problema. Entre sus aplicaciones encontramos subastas, asignar tareas en una empresa, acuerdos de divorcio, repartir insumos en las áreas de un hospital o de actividades en situaciones cotidianas como podemos mencionar, la distribución de un pastel para un grupo de personas en una fiesta, la repartición de alimentos en escuelas públicas y privadas o la consignación de vacantes para las inscripciones de estudiantes en un curso en la universidad. La técnica que se propone en el presente trabajo es mediante funciones de utilidad aditivas, hallar asignaciones Óptimas Pareto que maximicen el Bienestar Social (Eficiencia) y sean Libres de Envidia (Justicia), considerando la satisfacción o necesidad de los agentes tanto individual como grupal. Se desarrollará, mediante un enfoque matricial, la definición de asignaciones y funciones de utilidad que establecen las preferencias individuales y mediante una base teórica se demostrará la equivalencia de las asignaciones transitorias con las que maximizan la función de Bienestar Social. Finalmente, considerando la función de bienestar social de Nach, se probará que una asignación es buena si las asignaciones transitorias maximizan globalmente el Bienestar Social Utilitario y además bajo una relajación en la justicia, son libres de envidia de hasta un recurso (justicia débil).	es_ES
dc.description.sponsorship	Resource allocation theory is a relevant topic which can be applied to a great diversity of problems, both theoretical and practical, whose complexity will depend especially on the nature of the problem. Among its applications we find auctions, assigning tasks in a company, divorce settlements, distributing supplies in the areas of a hospital or activities in everyday situations such as the assignment of a cake for a group of people at a party, the distribution of food in public and private schools or the allocation of vacancies for the enrollment of students in a course at the university. The proposed technique in this paper is to find Pareto Optimal allocations that maximize Social Welfare (Efficiency) and are Envy Free (Justice), considering the satisfaction or need of both individual and group agents. It will be developed, through a matrix approach, the definition of allocations and utility functions that establish individual preferences and through a theoretical basis it will be demonstrated the equivalence of transitory allocations with those that maximize the Social Welfare function. Finally, considering Nach's social welfare function, it will be proved that an allocation is good if the transitory allocations maximize globally the Utilitarian Social Welfare and furthermore under a relaxation in justice, are envy-free of even one resource (weak justice).	es_ES
