Desarrollo de un Sistema de Información web para la Gestión de Viáticos y Movilización Utilizando Herramienta BPM (Business Process Management).

Abstract

This project aims to develop a web information system for managing travel expenses and mobilization tools using BPM (Business Process Management) and using Scrum as agile software development methodology. To start the project, the current situation of the management of travel expenses and mobilization in the institution chosen as a case study analyzed subsequently using the Scrum methodology and the BPM tool used during the project was justified. He initiated the development of the project with the requirements specification, planning, and implementation of Sprints with their respective reviews and retrospective testing began. A brief description of the organization, followed by the implementation of the system and concludes with an analysis of the results obtained and the degree of customer satisfaction is included. Finally, conclusions and recommendations were obtained to complete the project.
