| Abstract: | The present project has as objetive modernize the control board the mechanizer lathe of taps pieces, to optimize the production of the FV Company. This board is constituted by modern technology devices such as PLC (Programmable Logic Control) and displays HMI (Human Machine Interface), to control the whole process through two operation modes: manual and automatic, the first is for the preparation and machine maintenance; and the second begins the process of continuous production of pieces. |
| Description: | El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo modernizar el tablero de control del torno mecanizador de piezas de grifería, para optimizar la producción de la empresa FV. Este tablero está constituido por dispositivos de tecnología moderna tales como PLC (Programmable Logic Control) y pantallas HMI (Human Machine Interface), para el control de todo el proceso mediante dos modos de operación: manual y automático, el primero es para el mantenimiento y la preparación de la máquina; y el segundo inicia el proceso de producción continua de piezas. |
