Abstract

This work deals with the development of a web system for receiving requirements and control time spent by developers in project implementation in the Gamedasoft company, which consists of a main flow is: requirements income customers later the head support can make the assignment of the requirement to fit employee and the employee finally recorded the time spent to resolve the request. The system is developed in PHP with Symfony framework and a database engine MYSQL data, which are free software.
