With the implementation of the manual will overcome the difficulties that the company was experiencing as installation delays because the material does not arrive on time or only comes in parts, lack of experience in how to install the metal covers by new staff, Too much logistics in the movement of inputs - materials to the workplace due to the low level of communication between the client and the company, difficulties of the personnel in accessing the roofs of the metallic roofs and diminishing the calls of attention by the customers for the Bad installation because the staff was unaware of the activities to be performed.
