Abstract:	This project develops the structural validation of a house proposed by the company KUBIEC - CONDUIT, which has an innovative construction system of sandwich panels. For validation, several experimental studies were carried out on the materials and the prototype of the house, in order to obtain curves of capacity, rigidity, modulus of elasticity of the materials, and with this evidence a good performance of the house against vertical and lateral loads that represent the seismic actions. In addition, an analytical study was carried out with the help of a mathematical model to know the distribution of efforts in the house. The results showed that the house is able to withstand gravitational and lateral stresses required by the norm.
Description:	En el presente proyecto de investigación se pretende validar estructuralmente una vivienda de interés social propuesta por la empresa KUBIEC - CONDUIT, misma que posee un sistema constructivo innovador de paneles tipo sándwich. Para su validación se realizaron varios estudios experimentales en los materiales y en el prototipo de vivienda, para obtener curvas de capacidad, rigidez, módulo de elasticidad de los materiales, y con ello poder evidenciar que la vivienda presente un buen comportamiento ante cargas verticales y laterales que representan las acciones sísmicas. Adicionalmente se realizó un estudio analítico con la ayuda de un modelo matemático para conocer la distribución de esfuerzos en la vivienda. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron que la vivienda es apta para resistir solicitaciones gravitacionales y laterales que requiere la norma.
