| Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of this project is to develop a technical study for the transmission in digital television of the TV station ELITE TV, located in the city of Latacunga. First, a technical site survey was made of the current situation of the station, and its requirements for the migration of analog to digital system (based on the ISDB-Tb standard). Among the requirements that were analyzed were: type of OFDM modulation (Orthogonal Modulation by Frequency Division), bandwidth, number of segments, orthogonal carriers, modulation levels, minimum field strength of reception for the limit of coverage, power effective radiated (PER), data transmission, modulation error rate (MER), bit error rate (BER) and carrier frequencies. Additionally, calculations were made to determine the technical characteristics of the radio link and the transmitter; which were validated through simulations with the Radio Mobile software. Finally, through the technical parameters obtained, the best option was selected in terms of equipment, with its respective costs. The technical study for ELITE TV will allow the owner to comply with the analog blackout schedule, increase its coverage and perform transmission in high definition (HD), standard definition (SD) and low definition (LD) formats. |
| Beschreibung: | El presente proyecto tiene como propósito realizar el estudio técnico para la transmisión en televisión digital de la operadora ELITE TV, ubicada en la ciudad de Latacunga. Para ello se realizó un levantamiento de información de la situación actual del canal y sus requerimientos mediante el uso del estándar ISDB-Tb. Entre los requerimientos que se analizaron fueron: tipo de modulación OFDM (Modulación Ortogonal Por División De Frecuencia), ancho de banda, números de segmentos, portadoras ortogonales, niveles de modulación, intensidad de campo mínima de recepción para el límite de la cobertura, potencia efectiva radiada (PER), transmisión de datos, tasa de error de modulación (MER), tasa de error de bit (BER) y frecuencias de las portadoras. Siguiendo con el proyecto, se realizaron los cálculos pertinentes al radio enlace y transmisor, para luego realizar las simulaciones correspondientes y finalizando con el análisis entre la mejor simulación obtenida con valores calculados. Mediante los parámetros técnicos obtenidos se seleccionó la mejor opción en cuanto a equipos con su respectiva cotización. El estudio técnico de ELITE TV permitirá al propietario cumplir con el cronograma del apagón analógico, aumentar su cobertura y realizar transmisión en formatos de alta definición (HD), definición estándar (SD) y baja definición (LD). |
