Estudio del sistema administrativo de la empresa AVI Construcciones, ubicada en la ciudad de Quito, provincia de Pichincha

Abstract

The investigation consists in the study of the administrative system of the company AVI Construcciones, in order to establish the factors that drive the internal operation in unfavorable conditions in the construction sector, based on the period 2014-2018 years, in which I experience the economic recession, in this sense chapter one focuses on the description of the structure of the study, describing the problem, justification, objectives that support the internal and external diagnosis. Chapter two deals with the theoretical framework, evaluating models of administrative diagnosis, the most appropriate being the Management Diagnostic Model.

Chapter three develops the diagnosis of the current situation of the company, analyzing the economic, social, political, legal and technological factors that influence the administrative system and finally chapter four the evaluation and description of the administrative system is carried out, having as main tool the KMO statistical analysis, which contrasts the four factors of interrelation, to define the one that has a better functioning.
