Resumen: This project presents the simulation of the detection algorithms ZF (Zero-Forcing), MMSE (Minimum Mean Squared Error) and MLD (Maximum Likelihood Detection), for a MIMO – OFDM (Multiple-input Multiple-output - Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access) system. With the purpose of obtaining the analysis of the algorithm with better performance, the results are presented in graphs of BER (Bit Error Rate) vs. Eb/No (Energy Per-Bit To Noise Power Spectral Density Ratio) and simulation times. Chapter 1 presents the information, operation and main characteristics of the MIMO-OFDM, ZF, MMSE and MLD systems. Also, this chapter includes a theoretical analysis of the complexity of the three detection algorithms. In chapter 2 there are flowcharts that indicate the structure of the program for the transmission, reception and detection part. In this chapter, the functions and commands of Matlab (MATrix LABoratory) used are also described simultaneously with the are flowcharts. Chapter 3 shows the results of the implementation of the simulations carried out for the different configurations and modulations. The graphs of the BER vs Eb / No are presented, as well as the graph of the simulation times. Finally, chapter 4 presents the conclusions and recommendations obtained throughout the project
