Desarrollo de un sistema tipo sala de reuniones para construcción colectiva de sentido dentro de vigilancia estratégica

Abstract

Strategic Scanning has been used by many companies during years, because it can be seen as an early warning radar that helps administrators and managers look to the future of the organization. Strategic Scanning is used to achieve two objectives: the first is to undestand forces outside the organization, and the second is to anticípate threats and opportunities. This last objective is particularly important because, through the analysis of weak signals, it will be posible to visualize, among the external forces of the organization, those that can impact its future. The process of interpreting weak signals is known as the collective construction of meaning, for which, there is not a tool that allows interaction and participation. Therefore in this Project we seek to provide a solution to this problema through the creation of a meeting room system that would allow the participation of users for the collective construction of meaning. In this system, the PUZZLE technique is implemented within a web platform. Thus taking advantage of human-computer interaction.
