Título: Diseño y construcción de una máquina secadora de abono orgánico para la planta de abonos de Pronaca

Resumen: El presente proyecto nace por la necesidad que tiene la empresa PRONACA en dar solución a un problema con uno de sus productos agrícolas; secar abono orgánico para disminuir el tiempo de compostaje por el cual éste debe pasar para que adquiera las propiedades requeridas. En la actualidad este proceso se lo realiza de forma natural es decir esperando unos días para que éste se seque al aire ambiente, lo cual origina una disminución en su producción. Se decide entonces diseñar y construir una máquina que de solución al problema que presenta la Empresa. El primer capítulo contiene un estudio de la materia prima, historia y mercado de la Empresa tanto local como internacional, y características del producto. El segundo capítulo contiene el marco teórico necesario para poder diseñar la máquina, los diferentes tipos de máquinas secadoras, un estudio de campo que permite determinar los parámetros funcionales de diseño, se plantean alternativas y se selecciona la mejor. En tercer capítulo contiene el diseño detallado tanto mecánico como energético de sus elementos constitutivos de cada sistema de la máquina, selección de elementos normalizados y el dimensionamiento en general. El proceso de diseño permite obtener los planos de montaje y taller. El cuarto capítulo contiene la información necesaria para la construcción y montaje de la máquina, el respectivo protocolo de pruebas para comprobar que todos sus sistemas funcionen tal como se ha establecido en el diseño. El quinto capítulo contiene un análisis económico detallado, para seleccionar alternativas, como para obtener el costo total de la construcción de la máquina.
