Título: Mejoramiento del plan de mantenimiento para la empresa INDUCALSA

Resumen: En el presente proyecto se busca Mejorar el Plan de Mantenimiento de la Empresa Inducalsa; para lo cual, se analiza el plan de mantenimiento actual mediante la recopilación de información de las máquinas y/o equipos. Luego, se priorizan las máquinas y/o equipos críticos en la producción de calzado utilizando la Matriz de Holmes; a éstas se les aplican las herramientas de diagnóstico de fallo, tales como Diagramas de Ishikawa, Árboles de Fallos y el método de Análisis de Modos de Fallo y sus Efectos (AMFE), tomados del Mantenimiento Centrado en la Confiabilidad (RCM). En el capítulo 1 se muestra información referente a la Empresa Inducalsa, en cuanto a su historia, infraestructura, ubicación, entre otros. También, se trata acerca de la historia, evolución y procesos de fabricación de calzado. En el capítulo 2 se trata de los fundamentos teóricos de la administración y programación del mantenimiento. Además se estudia las herramientas de diagnóstico de fallos como Diagramas de Ishikawa, Árboles de Fallo, AMFE, entre otros. En el capítulo 3 se obtiene y se recopila información acerca del plan de mantenimiento actual de la Empresa Inducalsa, tipos de mantenimiento empleados, máquinas y/o equipos existentes y su codificación, entre otros. Además se realiza una evaluación del plan de mantenimiento actual. En el capítulo 4 se planifica las actividades de mantenimiento para mejorar el plan actual. Para esto se prioriza la maquinaria mediante el uso de la Matriz de Holmes, se genera un registro de información de las máquinas y/o equipos seleccionados y se aplica la estrategia de mantenimiento, empleando las tablas AMFE. En el capítulo 5 se diseña una base de datos empleando el programa Microsoft Access 2007. La base de datos incluye toda la información relacionada a la Máquina Armadora de Punta.
