Aplicación web para servicios de limpieza y mantenimiento en hogares y oficinas.

Abstract

The cleaning companies have been growing due to several factors such as habits, customs and the growing urbanization of the country, on the other hand, also the pandemic of COVID-19 has demanded to hire this type of companies that provide disinfection services areas. The objective of this degree project is to develop a web application to manage the different functions of the company as well as to store information about the company and its clients. For the development several mockups of the different interfaces were made with Figma, which were implemented through a web architecture using Angular as development framework in the frontend. In the backend, Express was used together with NodeJs and a MySQL database. The web application was managed with the Scrum methodology, with 7 Sprints completing with all the requirements that have been provided. The result of the project allows user registration, appointment scheduling, employee registration, contract management, service and product catalog, inventory management, schedule management, customer service, complaint registration and user management. To evaluate the application, functionality and usability tests were carried out. The functionality tests showed that the application complies with all the requirements. For the usability tests, a survey called SUS (System Usability Scale) was conducted, with which a score of 83.5 / 100 was obtained. This result, according to the SUS scale, represents an excellent status.
