Título : Diseño y construcción de un sistema de enfriamiento de adsorción solar

Resumen : El presente estudio trata del diseño, construcción y pruebas de dos equipos, el primero para la obtención de las isósteras del par de adsorción y el segundo de un sistema de enfriamiento por adsorción solar. Cada par de adsorción presenta diferentes constantes de la ecuación de equilibrio Dubinin Astakhov (D-A) por lo que se construyó un equipo de obtención de isósteras. Después de haber obtenido las curvas se ajustaron los valores de los coeficientes de la ecuación D-A a través del método de los mínimos cuadrados, las constantes fueron n=1.18, Wo=0.138 L/kg y D=3.48E-4 para el par carbón activado ECOK70-metanol Cabe resaltar que en el país no existe laboratorio alguno que brinde este servicio. Para el diseño del equipo de refrigeración se planteó el modelo matemático, por medio de un programa realizado en MATLAB 7.7 se simuló su comportamiento y se obtuvieron las dimensiones del refrigerador que se construyó utilizando los materiales existentes en el país. El sistema de enfriamiento está constituido principalmente por: un colector solar parabólico compuesto (CPC) donde se encuentra la cama adsorbedora, un condensador, y un recinto a enfriar donde está localizado el evaporador. Se realizaron pruebas con el sistema de enfriamiento cuya área de colección solar es de 0.98m2 en días nublados y soleados. La diferencia entre la temperatura inicial y final en el cámara fría fue de 10ºC, mientras que la simulación contemplaba una diferencia de 30ºC. Los resultados experimentales muestran una discrepancia entre el ciclo teórico utilizado en el diseño y el ciclo real obtenido en la práctica
