Abstract

This project refers to the development of the backend component, it meets the objective of keeping track of employees of growing companies, which means that the logic of the web and mobile system complies with registering users with different roles, such as administrator, manager or employee, as appropriate. All three users can login via email and password from the web interface but only users with employee role have access to the mobile interface. In both cases they must verify their mail to start with the flow of the system. In addition, it should be mentioned that each of the users has the ability to modify their personal information. If the user is of the employee type, he has the function to record his work activity according to: start time, break time, end break time and end time of the day. The logic of the web and mobile system performs the daily and monthly calculation of each employed user. All users make queries, writes or updates to the database according to the need established in the collection of requirements. All information is handled on a non-relational database that handles collections and documents, provided by the Firestore Database. The files or images are saved in the Storage and user management is set to Firebase Authentication, Google Platform.
