Propuesta de modelo de gobernanza de TI para el desarrollo de software para equipos tipo VSE (entidades muy pequeñas)

Abstract

Governance is a current issue, has a great impact in the business world and is related to corporate governance and IT governance in companies, aims to ensure the achievement of positive results and the growth of the company based on the achievement of the strategic objectives of the same. This work focuses on the construction of a model that allows the application of the Governance required for the development of software, in companies that have an area of IT type VSE. The model is based on the IT governance framework proposed by COBIT 5, and on the application of an agile development methodology for the management of software development. The analysis of the results confirms that there is a lack of knowledge of what is and the contribution of governance for IT and DS. The percentages of companies that do not properly manage governance is high. 57% do not properly manage IT governance and 64% do not properly manage software development governance. The application of the model to the type project was successful, it made it possible to properly manage the application development process and the disadvantages presented in the development of the project.
