dc.descriptionEn el presente Trabajo de Titulación, se revisan los conceptos teóricos de LTE, el problema de la PAPR elevada y las técnicas de reducción de la PAPR OPS, SAP y OPS-SAP. En el capítulo 2 se detalla el diseño e implementación en MATLAB de un transmisor LTE para una transmisión en enlace descendente aplicando OPS, SAP y OPS-SAP. En el capítulo 3 se muestran los resultados de las simulaciones (método Montecarlo) que permiten medir el rendimiento de OPS-SAP en términos de CCDF (Complementary Cumulative Distribution Funcion) de la PAPR, CCDF de la Métrica Cúbica (MC, Cubic Metric) y PSD (Power Spectral Density). Los resultados obtenidos en las simulaciones se presentan por medio de curvas y resúmenes en tablas, las diferentes métricas se comparan para transmisiones con y sin la aplicación de las técnicas OPS, SAP y OPS-SAP. Estos resultados ayudan a determinar la ganancia que se obtiene al implementar OPS-SAP y comprobar su efectividad en la reducción de la PAPR y así considerar su futura aplicación en los sistemas LTE.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn the present final career project, the theoretical framework of LTE, the problem of high PAPR and the PAPR reduction techniques OPS, SAP and OPS-SAP are revised. Chapter 2 details the design and implementation in MATLAB of an LTE transmitter for a downlink transmission applying OPS, SAP and finally OPS-SAP. Chapter 3 shows the results of the simulations (Monte Carlo method) that allow to measure the performance of OPS-SAP in terms of CCDF (Complementary Cumulative Distribution Function) of the PAPR, CCDF of the Cubic Metric (MC, Cubic Metric) and PSD (Power Spectral Density). The results obtained from the simulations are presented in graphic curves and tables, the different metrics are compared for transmissions with and without the application of the OPS, SAP and OPS-SAP techniques. These results help to determine the gain obtained by implementing OPS-SAP and verify its effectiveness in reducing the PAPR and thus consider its future application in LTE systems.es_ES
