Desarrollo de un sistema web y móvil para la asignación de tareas, control y administración de proyectos, con envío de notificaciones en tiempo real

Abstract

In project management, some companies use manual control through annotations; this results in laborious work and the possibility of human error. Other companies use desktop applications such as Excel and MS Project, limiting their use to the computer where they are installed and their operating system. In addition, these alternatives do not allow the use of notifications, file uploading or instant messaging.

Therefore, a web and mobile system (web application and mobile application) has been developed for the assignment of tasks, control and management of projects, sending notifications in real time. This system uses Firebase services to fulfill functionalities such as: user authentication/registration, data reading/writing, file management and notifications.

The first chapter explains the Ionic and Angular frameworks used in the development of the system. The second chapter indicates the functional and non-functional requirements, as well as the design and implementation of the system screens.

The third chapter presents the general functional tests of the system, surveys carried out for the verification of the functionalities and the correction of possible errors. Finally, the fourth chapter presents conclusions and recommendations obtained at the end of this project.
