Desarrollo de un sistema para la contratación de servicios mecánicos en la ciudad de Quito.

Abstract

In 2020, Executive Decree No. 1017 entered into force, which declared a state of emergency due to public calamity throughout the country, which affected several commercial sectors, including the automotive sector. In this context, some mechanics and large chains of automotive workshops did not have the digital means that allow them to offer their services, generating losses for not having a means with which citizens can obtain information and contract the service. On the other hand, offering services through digital platforms on the Internet considerably increases sales since there is access to a greater number of clients who can view all the information inherent to the business when they require it from various technological devices, for this reason, it has been Developed a web system so that the owners of automotive workshops can offer their services and a mobile application that allows in real time and with geolocation to find available automotive workshops and the hiring of mechanical services by citizens. This technical report is structured as follows: in section I corresponding to the introduction, section II describes how the methodology, architectural pattern and tools have been implemented in the development of the integrating project. On the other hand, section III establishes the results that have been obtained in the tasks carried out by each Sprint. Finally, the last section mentions the conclusions and recommendations that have been obtained throughout the development of the project.
