Abstract

The following technical report details the development of a web system which will allow the hiring of young or novice professionals, that is to say that they have just finished their studies, basically the system to be developed is intended to facilitate the hiring of said people since now it is much more difficult to find a job even more for people who have just finished their studies, therefore this system tries to prioritize the hiring of young novices so that they acquire experience, skills, etc. This in order that they can achieve better job opportunities in the future.
