Resumen: The objective of this work is to use innovative tools, within the information gathering, such as: aerial photogrammetry for topographic surveys, LiDAR for indoor surveys, and BIM modeling; for Building 10 of Hydraulics of the EPN; as a basis for proposing a more efficient and precise comprehensive remodeling in future projects. It began with the topographic survey of Building 10 and its surroundings, with aerial photogrammetry, using the high-performance UAV Atyges topodron FV8 PPK and the GNSS TRIMBLE R8s, in order to obtain, through the processing of photographs, a digital elevation model. and the orthomosaic with georeferenced north angle. This first step allows obtaining the levels of the building consisting of 3 terraces and the perimeter of the infrastructure. The information from the survey of the interior spaces of Building 10 was carried out through an innovative and relatively new technology incorporated into the iPhone 13 PRO MAX, which is the LiDAR sensor. The internal survey was carried out in order to model the floor plans of each floor. With the data collected, 3D modeling was carried out using CAD tools (AutoCAD) and BIM tools (REVIT). The result of this work is a special 3D model that has embedded a lot of information about the modeled entities and the whole in general. This information would allow the EPN to plan its renovations, reinforcements and/or new constructions in a more effective and efficient way, saving resources throughout the process.
