Abstract

Currently, there are several beauty salons that offer their services according to the needs of customers. These services in the vast majority do not have more publicity than the one they place in their premises to attract customers from the sector. However, given technological advances and the use of the Internet, people seek information and services quickly and efficiently using the Internet. The Unisex hairdresser "Sebitas" has faced certain inconveniences where customers have expressed their discomfort regarding the handling of customer service due to waiting for the services offered by the establishment. In this titling project, the development of a web system for managing appointments, opening hours and advertising the services offered by the Unisex hairdresser "Sebitas" is proposed. For this, two profiles are managed: administrator profile in charge of managing the web system and user profile. This curricular integration work has the following structure: the first section details the background, objectives, scope and theoretical framework of the project. The second section mentions the agile SCRUM methodology, which was implemented in this project, as well as prototypes and tools used to develop the web system. The third section presents the user stories, activities of each iteration and results of each Sprint with their respective unit tests. Finally, in the fourth section the conclusions and recommendations obtained based on the development of the proposed web system are mentioned.
