Refactorización del Sistema Web de Gestión de Recursos de los Servicios de Protección Integral (SPI) en la Secretaría de Derechos Humanos (SDH) : Sistema Web.

Abstract

The Secretariat of Human Rights (SDH) now known as the Ministry of Women and Human Rights (MMD) had a web system for the management of resources in the Integral Protection Services (SPI) with the aim of improving the management of each of the requests made by the SPI. However, this system had several shortcomings, which made it difficult to manage the information and, therefore, it was necessary to update it as soon as possible in terms of security, tools, libraries and the incorporation of new modules. For this reason, this Curriculum Integration project has refactored the entire system currently available to the SDH, providing a number of benefits in terms of resource management for the Integral Protection Services through the use of modern technologies, open source, scalable and in conjunction with good programming practices, among others. Providing a series of advantages and above all the prevention of future problems such as those mentioned above. Finally, this paper is divided into five sections, each one detailing key sections. In the first section, the problem to be solved in the Human Rights Secretariat, specific objectives, scope and the respective theoretical framework are presented. Subsequently, the second section presents the agile methodology that has served to determine roles and artifacts, also, each of the interfaces, tools, libraries, architecture pattern is detailed. In the third section, each of the tasks that have been established are detailed, as well as the results that have been achieved together with their unit test. Finally, the respective conclusions and recommendations derived from all the work of Curricular Integration are presented.
