Construcción y análisis del funcionamiento de una bomba reciprocante de triple émbolo

Abstract

The present qualifications work comprises the final part of the research project: Production of constituent parts and assemble of a bomb of triple sucker of positive displacement. (PII-DMT-01-2017), that implies the construction of all the constituent parts, assembly and the analysis of the behavior of the bomb reciprocante of triple sucker, for such a reason, the project was based on several topics of importance, such as: the analysis of the working conditions of each of the components, the determination of the pertinent processes of manufacture and the securing of the final elements, the type of assembly to be realized and a protocol of tests for the cross-check of the correct functioning of the bomb. It broke of the analysis of an existing bomb on the international market, its planes were analyzed, one determined the necessary changes, re-designed the set to him, its size decided, the components of the bomb were obtained with different alloys, by means of the smelting process. Particularly in this work, there were used standardized processes that facilitate the securing of the bomb with the adjustments and finished superficial necessary for the assembly and the putting on the verge of the machine, I know it realized the mechanized ones of the components and the assembly, became polished and there was realized the respective protocol of tests of every excellent system of the bomb. This way, a bomb was obtained reciprocante of triple functional sucker and with the technical characteristics raised in the design. The capacity of the built machine is 100PSI to 122RPM and this one depends clearly on the speed that provides, therefore, the pumping pressure to him increases on having increased the operation speed.
