Mapeo entre los grupos de áreas de procesos de “Gestión de Decisiones y Proveedores” y “Crear una Cultura de Excelencia” del Modelo CMMI-DEV 1.3 con la Norma ISO 9000-3:2014

Abstract

Software development organizations today have chosen to implement practices and methods to improve the quality of software products and services. Currently there are multiple standards and standards that help organizations manage and control the software development process. However, since there are multiple norms and standards, it is difficult to determine which of them best fits the objectives of the organization. For this reason, the objective of this Master's thesis is to describe the relationship between two quality standards in software development that are widely used (CMMI-DEV v1.3 and ISO / IEC 90003: 2014), through mapping. The SFramework model was used for development, an agile structured model with generic phases that helps the combination of reference models. The result of this work is the mapping between the areas of "Decision and supplier management" and "Creating a culture of excellence" of CMMI-DEV v1.3 and the clauses defined in ISI / IEC 90003: 2014, identifying the degree of relationship and compliance, so that this work serves as a guide from the CMMI certification to achieve the ISO / IEC 90003: 2014 certification.
