Abstract

This work sought to establish the relationship between the interests and entrepreneurial capacities of the AIESEC membership in Ecuador, using the Spearman correlation. For this, a theoretical investigation was carried out on the interests and capacities to undertake and an inventory composed of 11 questionnaires was compiled, the objective of which was to evaluate the interests and capacities of the study group to undertake. For the application of this inventory, a stratified sampling was carried out that generated a representativeness of the study group. The content of the inventory was previously validated in another study applied in the EPN. Exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach's reliability coefficient analysis were used to establish the dimensions. Upon obtaining the results, the exploration of the Spearman correlation was carried out to determine if there are relationships between the proposed variables. Finally, moderate and weak, but significant relationships of various dimensions of the present investigation were evidenced.
