Medición de la Congruencia de valores en la empresa ecuatoriana Flexiplast utilizando la herramienta APOE.

Abstract

The present degree work has the purpose of analyzing the relationships between the degree of knowledge of organizational values in Flexiplast, as well as determining the relationship between recognition, conflict between organizational and personal values in Flexiplast using the tools of the APOE Inventory, thus evaluating the adjustment in parallel, conflict and recognition of values within the Ecuadorian context. In this investigation, a survey of 427 workers of this organization was used through the APOE methodology, as a result the investigation yielded statistically significant data. The validation of the APOE Inventory provides a valid and reliable tool to be used in the Ecuadorian population, although it is necessary to carry out confirmatory studies to strengthen the instrument.
