Abstract

The present document aims to design and build a collection machine for bone remains incinerated to a mill, where fully automated operation will be a predominant factor in its development. This will eliminate manual operations by operators. For its realization, techniques and strategies described in the concurrent design will be used, which allow us a more detailed analysis with which we will obtain viable solutions in response to the problem raised. In the first place, the client's needs will be compiled and later, with the information collected, establish the requirements of this, from which the quality house will be elaborated that will later serve as a support base for the development of the design. Emphasizing that through this tool the technical specifications of the proposed mechanism will be obtained. It is emphasized that the concurrent design methodology was used considering the main functions that the machine must perform within the modular structure, specifying the components. The construction is then carried out by carrying out a test protocol that confirms the design.
