Abstract: This document describes design and implementation of a CORE architecture, which will be useful for future development of systems that support processes of the Faculty of Systems Engineering laboratories (LAB-FIS) of the National Polytechnic School (EPN) and the development of a REST application programming interface (API) that allows data access. Four data modules were covered: inventory, equipment loan, virtual services loan, and technical assistance. In addition, a role-based authentication and authorization system was implemented. SCRUM development methodology was used for the entire process in conjunction with agile development techniques such as user story mapping. In the testing section, unit tests were performed on the API. Finally, the deployment was performed on LAB-FIS servers and stress tests were executed on the infrastructure to measure performance.
