Análisis y caracterización de las organizaciones virtuales para la colaboración en el contexto de la Industria 4.0

Abstract

Over the last few years, new technologies have appeared that have been applied in the industry, health, education and organizations in general, which has influenced the level of competitiveness between large corporations and small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This phenomenon is forcing traditional organizations to become intelligent organizations to remain in the market, since otherwise they tend to disappear. That way the virtual organizations (VOs) arise, which are dynamic temporary alliances of independent organizations, which are willing to collaborate to achieve common goals and can be geographically dispersed. Current VO investigations do not consider new technologies, especially those considered as part of the fourth industrial revolution called “industry 4.0”, because of that a new characterization for a fourth generation OV (VO4.0) is necessary, through a systematic review of the literature (SRL). The preliminary results of the SRL form the basis for forming the set of input characteristics for the analysis of the qualitative method called the "opinion of the researcher" and the quantitative method called "weighted method", which through the use of first-order mathematical logic, classifies and determines the sufficient and necessary characteristics of an OV4.0. Therefore, this document shows the study and characterization of a virtual organization in the context of industry 4.0 called the fourth-generation virtual organization (OV4.0).
